I, the undersigned Guest, hereby consent to the audio and/or video recording of my voice, likeness, statements, and participation for the above-named podcast episode (the “Media Program”).

I acknowledge and agree that Breaking Up with Toxicity (hereafter referred to as the “Podcaster”) is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Media Program, including all recordings, edits, excerpts, promotional materials, and derivative works created from my participation. The Podcaster retains the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, promote, and otherwise exploit the Media Program, in whole or in part, in any and all media formats now known or later developed, worldwide, and in perpetuity.

I understand that the Podcaster is not obligated to use or distribute the Media Program and may edit the content at its discretion.

I further acknowledge and agree that I will receive no financial compensation for my participation in the Media Program and that my name, likeness, voice, and biographical information may be used for promotional, marketing, educational, or commercial purposes related to the Media Program.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Podcaster, its representatives, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to the recording, production, distribution, publication, promotion, or use of the Media Program.
