Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is a space where we explore who we are and reach a powerful, authentic self. It is a space where we can safely talk about ourselves in total freedom from shame, judgment, or guilt.

Couples Coaching

Couples coaching is based on being willing to work on the relationship together and accepting your own roles for choices you've made that hurt the relationship, even innocent choices. Coaching will challenge the work and help with the changes needed for a healthier relationship.

Family coaching is based on learning to understand the roles of each family member and how to navigate when expectations aren't met, the family is in crisis or has been running on dysfunction for too long. Coaching will explore the dynamics of these relationships to re-align and reconnect the family.

You may wonder why such a request is necessary. Well, your autobiography is a foundational document that provides valuable insights into your life story, experiences, challenges, and aspirations. It allows me to understand your unique perspective, values, and goals before we even meet, enabling me to tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs and objectives.

Our first session is not your typical introductory meeting. Lasting a minimum of 2.5 hours, this session may seem extensive, but rest assured, its length is intentional and crucial for laying a solid foundation for your journey of growth.

During this immersive session, we'll explore your autobiography in detail, delving into the pivotal moments, challenges, and triumphs that have shaped your life. We'll identify recurring themes, patterns, and beliefs that may be influencing your current circumstances and goals.
